These terms will govern the use of the own-it licence and the hosted account for Qafila. They are not final. This draft only outlines the intended shape.

Own-it licence

An own-it purchase grants a one-time, perpetual licence to run Qafila on your own hardware, valid for the build you bought and every upgrade up to the version_max of that licence. Upgrades beyond that require a new purchase.

Hosted account

A hosted purchase sets up a hosted account for the email address of the buyer. Use is subject to fair-use and acceptable-use terms still to be defined.

Merchant of record

bybros is the merchant of record for all purchases.
