Own-it licence

Both product lines are a one-time amount. The intended standard is a short refund window after purchase for buyers who have not made meaningful use of the licence or account. Exact terms (length of the window, conditions) are still to be decided by the owner.

Hosted account

The same intended approach as own it, pending final terms.

VAT (EU)

bybros is the merchant of record and responsible for EU VAT. VAT is calculated and collected at checkout based on your location, with reverse charge for verified business purchases (VAT ID). Invoices showing the calculated VAT are provided at checkout.

For a refund request, you can contact bybros directly. This page will be replaced by a final policy before launch.
